PRESIDENT'S MESAGE

Dear Members, Partners, and Friends of the International Yoga Federation,

The International Yoga Federation was founded with a clear purpose: to promote yoga as a universal path to health, awareness, peace, and social connection. Across cultures, generations, and geographies, yoga offers a shared language—one that supports individual well-being while strengthening collective responsibility.

As a global, volunteer-driven organization, IYF brings together practitioners, experts, institutions, and communities through inclusive programs that combine education, practice, and awareness. From international championships and festivals to certification programs and publications, our initiatives are designed to remain accessible, transparent, and aligned with the values of non-profit governance.

Education and empowerment are central to our work. Through international training programs, knowledge-sharing platforms, and cultural publications, IYF supports lifelong learning, professional development, and the integration of yoga into daily life, community spaces, and educational environments.

In parallel, IYF contributes to global dialogue on health, equality, peacebuilding, and sustainable living. By aligning its activities with internationally recognized development priorities, including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the Federation seeks to strengthen social inclusion, intercultural understanding, and responsible global citizenship.

IYF’s work is made possible by the dedication of its members, volunteers, partners, and supporters around the world. This collective effort allows the Federation to remain independent, ethical, and community-centered, while continuing to expand its global reach and impact.

Looking forward, the International Yoga Federation remains committed to fostering cooperation, inclusion, and long-term sustainability. Guided by integrity and shared purpose, we will continue promoting yoga not only as a discipline or practice, but as a way of life that supports harmony within individuals and across societies.
