FOR THE FIRST TIME TURKEY WON THE IYC
TEAMS from 20 countries took part in the competition. The athletes presented the dance numbers on various subjects.The Turkish team made a number, the theme was the protection of the environment. According to the President of the International yoga Federation (IYF) Akif Manaf, Turkey became the winner of the yoga competitions for the first time. “The Turkish team showed excellent preparation. Such an important topic as the protection of the environment from pollution was presented at the highest level”, – Manaf said. Yoga is a sport that is performed based on rhythmic gymnastics and aerobics, where the main elements are asanas. It is distributed in India and South America. Yoga sport is created under the auspices of various yoga federations of India to promote yoga.
